We’re excited for this one.
We sent out a message to our list asking for input on subjects people would like to see in our course offerings.
We got back some great, thoughtful replies, and–as often happens with this sort of thing–a surprising, almost synchronistic consistency in theme. We offered to let the people in for free whose topics we chose, and ended up letting in three, since two had almost identical ideas!
We took a look at all the replies and found a few ideas that appealed to us most, and wove them together into the following two part course:
Part One: The Voice
For part one of this course, we’ll go into depth concerning physical exercises that deal with tensions in the throat, jaw, face, and neck, with special emphasis on the voice.
We’ll also discuss important concepts related to opening the throat, and why the throat area is so important for a full opening of other areas of the body.
We’ll give live demonstrations of the exercises and concepts related to communication, speaking authentically and powerfully, and maintaining a calm, clear and detached mind.

Part Two: What to Do With the Energy Released through Undoing?
As the techniques of radical undoing open up areas of deep, chronic tension, energies are released into consciousness that bring the individual into a whole new realm of physical and mental experience.
For some, this can be a disorienting experience, raising the question, what do we do with all that energy?
We’ll share personal stories from our own practice, and discuss the many ways the organic energies can be directed toward both sublime and ordinary ends. We’ll also provide techniques and insights on how to discover for yourself the best way to express your released energies individually–how to let go of the past and develop a true dedication to yourself and your own vision.
This two-part course is $197, and will be hosted on our third justin.tv channel at 1:00 pm, PST, on Friday, July 29.
