This is a complete Radical Undoing session in person or over Skype with video. (High Speed internet connection required.) The Skype option is for people who can’t make it to Ojai, California or Portland, Oregon for Undoing sessions in person.

Radical Undoing sessions bring you into deep grounding and bodily awareness. Many people report extreme mental clarity and deep physical peace that lasts anywhere from days to months after a session. The effects accumulate and last longer with repeated sessions.

You will learn how to conduct simple radical undoing sessions for yourself, what to look for, what exercises to choose and how to develop intuition in your body.

You will receive guidance and coaching on the breathing and the movements. Sessions last from 1.5 to 2 hours. There are discount packages available for 10 or more sessions.
