It was supposed to be simple. It was laid out. Just fill in the blanks. Go to school. Get good grades. Get a job. Get married. You know the rest. The recipe for the good life. What everyone is selling, but no one is questioning.
Hope it works! We could remove the self-development section from the book store. Everyone would already be so stoned-on-bliss no one would be buying. Could do away with anxiety pills. Anxiety support groups. Stress reduction techniques. Stress-driven addictions would evaporate, including the industries that spin their wheels trying to cure them. In fact, if this formula can really make everyone so perfectly happy, many businesses simply wouldn’t have anything to do anymore. Is that what’s happening?
Are your neighbors, family and friends livin’ it up? Waking every morning on fire with desire to hop out of bed? Looking for the next alligator to wrestle? Ready for another day of doing exactly what they were told? Sticking their head between their knees and smiling at how great the formula works? Hell yeah. Sign me up.
But as soon as you ask the first question, you’re fucked. Because it was always just a lie. If you don’t want what everyone else has got, it’s time to look outside the big river for what YOU want out of life.
I’m not knocking on anything specifically, except the idea that living the copy and paste life works. That you just do what your parents and friends said you should and everything is just cool. No one is doing it because it works. So why are they?
Hell, at least everyone I know seems to hate their life 80% of the time. If what I’m saying sounds insane to you, you only admit you hate it a small percentage of the time. Only those who know where they are should bother to continue reading. If that isn’t you, you need another 10 years of the lie to piss you off enough to finally do something. Acquiring this motivation can’t be rushed. Or maybe you’ll die first. Good luck with that. For the rest of you still reading, Let’s get real.
I can say, with certainty, that living the formula does not make anything safe, secure, happy, perfect or any of the other magic words we are sold on. It doesn’t tie a red bow on top. Nor does it then add a cherry and whip cream. All it does is get in the way. The whole time, the very thing which was supposed to make it all okay was the only thing keeping you from living.
But your programming is deep in your mind. In every corner, in fact. Stepping outside the rules, you experience very real physical symptoms. Pushing even further, total mental collapse. It’s easy to see why no one leaves the campfire light. Who knows what might be in the forest? Especially following a lifetime of hearing it has to be scary. But is it?
Come and see for yourself. Undoing is the process of destroying all programing. All limitation in your mind. Everything that keeps you living a life you don’t want to keep living. But without this… what would you do with your life, you may ask.
That will be up to you. Personally, I travel the world full-time and just do whatever I want everyday (same as the retired but started at 21 instead of 70). Likely, you’ll try many things and eventually what you really want will come into view. The process starts now. It isn’t something you can just think about it. It’s about direct experience. And i have for you the best news.
You don’t need to continue living a life of quiet disappointment. You need not stare out the window hoping something will change. Waiting for the day it finally comes. You can start shoveling baggage out of your way right now. That baggage is the only reason you aren’t already living the real good life.
Most people wait for a car accident, losing a limb, or some other near-life experience to finally get real. And that does work. A direct confrontation with your own mortality saws through programming instantly. And yes, the people who really live tend to be those lucky enough to have had a few of them, but if you’re done waiting… Hoping… Gambling if it will happen before you die, or just aren’t really interested in losing a limb or driving off a bridge, you can start right now instead.
It isn’t going to be instant, but you’ll be shocked how fast it really can happen. And it’s a helluva lot faster than filling that chair by the window, wondering if you or the dog beside you will die first, hoping something smacks you across the head hard enough so you finally change your life.
We live our lives as we were shown to. We got in the back seat somewhere after birth and now sit calmly. We watch as things go by. But who’s driving? Is anyone? We’re all driving in circles, but no one is at the wheel. Imagine where you might go, if instead of continuing with habits and programming, you hopped behind the wheel. Right now, you don’t need an answer for where, only to acknowledge the desire to do so. To see something new. And leave behind a life of nothing but stress.
I can’t speak for everyone, but I know on my death bed, I don’t want to stare at a map, contemplating the small circle around my house. The space I never left. How I was so sure I had it right? But death beside me, it now so clear my comfort zone was actually not an oasis, but a prison.
I was too afraid to even take the first step.
You can take the first step now.
Why wait for tomorrow when it’s today?
-Anthony and Garrett
This is about lies. We are about commit heresy: talk about reality in a world that’s sleeping.
When faced with a decision, how do you begin? Most will engage their system of probability in their head. They figure, well if I do this, then that has X% chance of happening. This has Y% chance. They weight the situation on their mental scales. But let’s go deeper.
Extensive research has been conducted into the effectiveness of eyewitness testimony. Simple, right? If we think someone did it, are people reliable? It’s been found to be incredibly inaccurate, actually. What researchers found was that given 20 eyewitnesses, almost all of them will tell the story differently. Also, they usually just focus on the weapon in fear and forget all of the real details. Including what the perp actually looks like. It’s not only that.
When quizzed, they’d make things up, feeling pressured that they should know something (ignoring their programmed-in limitations rather). Also, their story would change over time. After a week, it would often be so different that it sounded like an entirely different event.
It gets worse.
There have been *hundreds* of cases where, with the advent of modern forensics, a person was found to be innocent after being convicted by eyewitness testimony. Researchers found that the person convicted had been shown to the eye witnesses multiple times in a lineup. They were chosen in the second lineup but really they were the –only familiar face– in that lineup (they appeared before). The witnesses didn’t even remember it accurately at all.
In fact, in the state of Maryland, after a group college students began unearthing old cases of inmates on death row, there were more people coming off death row than being executed. Following, states began abolishing the death penalty. Because we don’t really know. So, how accurate is everyone’s little probability game in their head? (What is it really based on?)
Are you sure that’s going to happen? If you’re afraid of it, don’t you tweak the % so you can feel comfortable not doing it? Does the only familiar option always feel right?
I’ll leave the rest of this honest inquiry to you. But if you want to move past these kinds of games and see what’s really going on, beyond the boundaries of the known (fear), we’re inviting you to experience a radical undoing session for only $37.
Normally, it’s almost 10x that, but we’re going to do it as a group so you can try it out. This isn’t about selling you on it. My thing is telling you to look for yourself. Try it out, if it isn’t for you, walk away (I mean it.)
I’m not going to tell you how to live your life. I’m just making the tools for achieving *real* freedom openly available, for permanently reversing your conditioning.
All maps are false,
Anthony & Garrett
If you want it, there’s absolutely more to life. Question is…
Do you want it?
P.S. The radical undoing body work is the easiest way to move into the work. If you follow along with the session, you’ll feel it for yourself. And it only continues from there.
Feel free to ask all questions on the call as well. Anything and everything.

…some CORE insights…
I realized something at the Core of the entire undoing process. I’ve had to navigate some difficult and hazy experiences trying to handle the assertion that the Self Undoing process is somehow a system or a practice or a meditation or other such inaccurate assessment.
My experience demonstrates consistently that the assumption is false. That doesn’t mean it’s easy to describe the process. So far, I haven’t described it accurately.
The process you start when you fall into undoing yourself becomes your own personal madness, the only friend you’ve ever had, and the destroyer of all systems, practices, meditations, philosophies, teachers, and teachings.
As you usurp the power from words and assumptions, your awareness drifts away from fear-based veils of thought and into something different and alien, and yet intimate and obvious.
The only real wonder is that you never noticed it before.
Once you do an exercise—Mussolini Jaw for example—the movement and sensations ARE YOURS ALONE.
The entire undoing process will reveal to you that everything you’ve ever experienced is yours alone.
The process is not what you’re reading about here and now.
The process is what’s going on inside you all the time. You can resist it or assist it. This compendium of movements labeled Command Z gives you tools to assist your own inevitable process.
There’s no real way to resist the process, otherwise known as “What Is.”
Resistance to the process amounts to pretending that you’re in control of everything and a victim of everything at the same time. Neither of those assertions hold true. If you examine them, they come undone.
Undoing your assumptions and unquestioned beliefs about yourself, life, and everything else is not a system or a religion or a philosophy or a science or a productivity exercise or a law or anything else for that matter.
It’s cleaning up messes.
Those messes are what stand between you and what you really want.
Which is to enjoy.
Which is to let go.
Which is to stop pretending.
Which is to stop struggling.
Which is to let go.
Which is to enjoy.
The actual process of undoing yourself is so utterly simple. Yet, the momentum and force behind the explosion out of the web you’ve thought of as yourself this whole time is monumental and gargantuan.
Or at least that’s how it seems when I look back at it.
I don’t know if it’s possible to decide to undo your self, or if it’s something that just sort of pops up in the lives of some people. Either way, it’s what I went through in my own experience. Looking back, I can’t discern whether I had any choice in the matter at all.
Now I have no real reason to make decisions, because I have no basis on which to assess seemingly different possibilities. All the possibilities are just imagined, while what is just IS, and it never changes, it’s always what is…
OK, that’s enough for you to chew on for now. Here’s that early bird special sign up link again. The war between the true artist and Resistance is a war without end, thankfully. Without Resistance, no artist would ever get out of bed, let alone create magnificence on perpetual display in the museum of life.
As I repeat so often and fondly:
:::LET’S GET STARTED:::
Find a place to park your rickshaw. Come inside and pull up a chair.
The show is about to begin.
HOW TO LET GO OF THE PAST
Now that you’ve found yourself, or even better, found out that you have no self, the real work begins. Let’s pretend for a moment that you’ve gotten deep into your body. You’ve done a lot of face stretching and some other radical undoing exercises. You’ve felt the simultaneous magnificence and horror of life in a body, and you’ve really started to enjoy it.
Now it’s time to take responsibility and create a life out of nothing. What does that mean? It means that you have no morality, no template of fixed responses to the circumstances of your life and no real basis for making decisions anymore.
You used to let fear guide you. Yes, you did. Now you don’t even have that as a guide anymore. The great absurdity of life and death are one and the same to you. Without a constant fear of death, how can you make any movements? How can you make any decisions?
Many have fallen from this precipice into lives of depravity, boredom, sociopathy. This isn’t necessary. You can spare yourself those fates.
By letting go of the past…anchoring yourself firmly in your body…and following joy and awe wherever they may lead you. The treasures of life are within your reach. Wrap your arms around yourself and you have found what every earnest seeker has sought. Close your eyes and stare into that profound darkness. Everything you find there is yours to keep forever.
Whenever you find yourself becoming a willing victim of past circumstances, events, people, places and things, try to locate these items in your immediate surroundings.
Do you see them anywhere? Can you pick them up and hold them?
No. They are ghosts and nothing more.
Every time these ghosts of yours show up to haunt you, look around and try to find them. Yes, there might be items in your home that keep the ghosts anchored there. Identify these items by how you feel when you look upon them. Then, exorcise your area by destroying the items. When it feels the worst, you’re gaining the most power.
Once you banish these ghost magnets to your local garbage abyss, they can never haunt you again. This is the beginning of letting go of the past: ridding yourself of the magnets you use to hold it in place.
It could be anything: a shirt, an old photo, a letter, a book…
You know what I’m talking about. You know how things make you feel. When they make you feel “bad,”
GET RID OF THEM.
If you want to take this exorcise to the next level, deliberately place new items in your home, office, and everywhere else you consider your domain. Make every item count. Choose things that inspire and enthuse you. Let’s call these: MIRRORS OF JOY.
Fill your spaces with mirrors of joy. Feel how these items fill you with excitement. Hang them on your wall. Wear them. Read them. Enjoy.
This is what the New Agers wish they could understand when they tell you: LIVE IN THE PRESENT. The present is an ever-fluctuating stream that you can embed with codes to enhance your experience.
Create a space you can really love and enjoy, and that space will feed and nourish you constantly.
Fill it with sorrowful items, and that’s what you’ll get for dinner every night.
For Gawd’s Sake, Feel Good!

Much of the work of Alexander Lowen has been a great inspiration to us at Command Z. Most of his work centered around feeling, grounding and moving the body. No matter how much talk happens, he recognized that nothing really occurs until the body is energized and brought back to life.
Check out what he has to say here:
In honor of Dr. Lowen, Riley and I are happy to offer you Radical Undoing sessions for 50% off our normal rate of $250. For the next two weeks, you can purchase your initial session for $125.
We would like to give as many people as possible the experience of Radical Undoing, even if it’s just a single session. So much can happen from deeply feeling your body in this particular way…a single session plants the seeds of a deep bodily awakening that can carry you into an entirely new life.
