How much do you think your handwriting reveals about your personality? Probably more than you think.
Think for a moment about your experience with Radical Undoing. How much your posture and ways of approaching the exercises were completely connected with your ways of thinking at that time.
Your body is your unconscious mind, and there are different ways to create a bridge between the aware part of yourself and the rest, which remains latent in every part of your body.
Handwriting analysis serves the purpose of revealing sides and tendencies of your personality that you might not be aware of.
And those parts can give you clues to start seeing yourself from a wider perspective, and to improve aspects of your life that for many years were unresolved, even though you’ve tried really hard to make them different.
So with the analysis, you get the information you need in order to focus your personal work, like Hypnosis or Radical Undoing sessions, on the areas you want to explore and change.
For example, a client came to me because he was feeling overwhelmed by his social life, he described it as dragging most of his energy, and he blamed others for being invasive in his life.
After doing a handwriting analysis, one of the things that came up was his tendency to give too much space to others and not enough room for himself.
With the analysis, he could see and understand that the people around him weren’t invading his space, as he described, but that he was the one allowing others too much into his life, not dedicating enough space and time for himself. With the result of feeling frustrated and putting the responsibility outside of himself.
Now that he is aware of that tendency in his personality, he is learning to open more space for himself and strategies to be more assertive in his social world.
Many times, in the experience of transforming ourselves, the way we perceive and approach our lives or ourselves, ends up being the real obstacle in the way of making the changes we want.
Fortunately, there are powerful tools like handwriting analysis that we can use to get a wider picture of ourselves. And the more aware we are of our automatic responses and unconscious scripts, the more we can be in charge of our own lives.
If you are interested in having a handwriting analysis, which includes one consultation to discuss the findings and possible alternatives to transform the aspects you want to work on.

We all know how it goes.
One minute you’re sitting there working…and flash forward 5 hours later… And there you sit, hunched over the keyboard or craning your neck like a turtle over the phone, the cool glowing screen painting your face like Halloween (yeah, the sun set at some point) and on and on…
The day just scrolls on by, while you like this and that, make a comment here and argument there, oooh! Look at these pictures! What a great article–Oh I didn’t realize the new episode started tonight!
Before you know it, the day has passed, and you don’t remember anymore what was going on with whatever you forgot to keep working on.
It happens to everyone. It’s a completely natural response to that kind of stimulus. Some have argued that social media sites are actually designed to hypnotize you. I don’t know if that’s true, but take a look at any office, coffeeshop, or public transportation and you’ll see what I mean by hypnosis.
Eyes glazed over. Tuned out to the rest of the world. Flitting from one thing to the next. Never getting anything done that you really want to do.
And yeah, it’s fun. There’s nothing wrong with spending some time online and enjoying yourself.
But when social media steals your awareness away from other things that bring you deeper satisfaction, you’ve got a choice: will you remain hypnotized with that scrolling news feed in the driver’s seat?
I’ll explain exactly how to get yourself out of social media hypnosis, but first, we’ve got to understand exactly how hypnosis works.
It’s a completely natural process that we all go through multiple times a day.
It all starts with anxiety. We get bombarded with so many bits of information all day long. Our unconscious filtering process gets overwhelmed at some point, and anxiety is the result.
After the anxiety builds up enough, it triggers the primitive fight or flight state in your lower brain.
Once that’s occurred, most of us aren’t going to fight, and when it’s just you and your phone, there’s nothing to fight. (Wait, maybe that explains where youtube comments come from…)
So we’re left with flight.
Where do we flee?
Our conscious awareness flees into a hypersuggestible state of hypnosis.
So why is that such a big deal? Because your critical mind is numb to what’s going on, and then all that news, all those ads, and all the other random stuff goes straight into your unconscious mind and starts influencing your life script.
That might not sound too bad, but think about how insidious it could be. You’ll actually feel like you made the choice to like something you see at the store, when in fact, that emotion was conditioned into while you sat there scrolling past the ads and playing online.
Again, this isn’t meant as an attack on social media. I use it and enjoy it most of the time. Instead, it’s a way to put yourself back in charge of your own time and your own mind.
To do that:
1. First notice that it’s going on. You’ll feel that pang of conscience letting you know it’s time to get back to work on your real goals.
2. Close the app or the browser window. Log out.
3. Close your eyes. Take a deep, refreshing breath.
4. Count yourself OUT of hypnosis by saying out loud: 1-2-3-4-5 and WIDE AWAKE!
5. Take some action toward what you were meaning originally to work on.
This may seem simple, and it is. Simplicity is the sign of effectiveness. Can you see how this might benefit you throughout your day?
Now what if every time you broke out of the FB scrolling trance you also took a few minutes to stretch your face, shrug your shoulders, and drink a glass of water? How might that change your life in both subtle and profound ways?
We’ll get into this in a lot more detail during the Hypnosis and Undoing workshopstarting this Saturday. By the end of it, you’ll know exactly when you’re dropping into those unconscious hypnotic states, and more importantly, how to get back out of them.
Not only that, but you’ll learn how to convert your tensions to raw motivation, and then immediately direct that force toward accomplishing whatever you want most in your life.
Damn, I’m excited about this one. It’s the most cohesive, comprehensive, and effective training I’ve ever put together, and that’s why it’s limited to 10 people. It’s only for individuals ready to take action and start getting big results in their lives.
I’m looking forward to working with you.

PS: The workshop will show you how to make things happen on a level you may have never known existed.
Are you tired of fighting against yourself to get what you want in life?
If you are, welcome to the club! For years, through my education and personal exploration, I’ve been searching and experiencing different approaches, in an attempt to be in the driver’s seat of my life. And so far, Body work and Hypnosis have been the most successful and fastest ways of getting there.
Why are those the most effective ways?
If you begin the process of liberation from beliefs and behaviors that don’t serve your intentions and goals, your unconscious is the key to make a really deep and lasting transformation.
Your body is your unconscious; your life script is contained in every cell of your body. Your posture, your handwriting, the shape of your body, the illnesses you get; all of these are expressions of the unconscious, and those are the ways they become part of our awareness.
In the process of connecting with our bodies through body work like Radical Undoing, we are accessing and actually transforming the script we have. However language has a strong influence in us. That is actually the most conscious way we use to learn and to accept or reject beliefs. So with hypnosis we are also sending new messages to the unconscious in a very deliberate manner.
The mission of Command Z is to constantly seek out and deliver the most powerful, yet very simple and creed-free techniques to transform your life. In that spirit, I’ve decided to offer hypnosis sessions.
I’ve been working with hypnosis in my own practice and now, due to the high volume of Command Z clients interested in hypnosis, I will be part of the team and will give hypnosis sessions to all of you interested in becoming the owners of your lives.
“Happiness does not depend on outward things, but on the way we see them.”

I look forward to working with you,
Have you ever dreamed of a magical stick that can transform any aspect of your life you want?
During my time with Command Z, I’ve seen many people fully desiring to change some aspects of their lives. They have compelling reasons to want it, and they’re ready to make it happen.
Although sometimes, no matter how much commitment they have, how many different methods they’ve tried, the obstacle seems to be stuck in your way, and it brings a lot of frustration until they feel hopeless and unable to transform.
It’s true that changing habits, thoughts, and behaviors, is one of the most challenging journeys we can maunder into.
Motivation and desire are fundamental, but aren’t always enough to make changes last. Why is that?
To answer this from a physical perspective, we need to be familiar with the ways our brain works. Our senses interact with the world and through our brains we process this information and create mental routes to navigate in the world.
Every day we interact with many people, places, information, etc. If we had to consciously process all the information we’re exposed to during a full day, we wouldn’t be able to focus on what’s really important to us, and we’d feel overwhelmed and unable to respond in almost all situations.
Because of that, our brains had to developed a critical filter for incoming stimulus. So the sensations we feel don’t stay “pure.” Instead, they’re transformed by the critical mind into an idea or belief based on past learnings.
Making decisions based on associations made in the past–and determining which information is relevant and which isn’t–turns into a pretty efficient way to navigate in the world, without having to make the same mistake over and over again.
We aren’t machines, and we tend to evaluate based more on our emotions than the facts we have in front of us. There are conflicted messages in our unconscious as a result. Associations remain that don’t serve us anymore, but we aren’t able to transform easily due to the strength they have acquired through repetition.
The unconscious works based on the Pain/Pleasure Principle, which means that it doesn’t recognize information in terms of our likes or dislikes, nor in terms of good and bad, but in terms of knowns and unknowns.
Imagine that you want to quit smoking, and even though you desire to quit because you think it has negative consequences for your health and other issues, you find it really hard to stop.
This is because your unconscious has associated smoking over and over with other parts of your life until the point that now smoking is familiar or known for your unconscious.
In order to make changes in your brain, it isn’t about taking something out and replacing it with this new thing. It’s about adding new information and reinforcing it until it turns in the new known for the unconscious.
If you do this on your own, it can take a long time, and the chances are high you’ll go back to your old ways.
So why aren’t good intentions enough to change?
Because any new information that passes to the unconscious is first filtered by the critical mind, which many times doesn’t have an accurate judgement due to old programming.
The good news is that there are ways to facilitate the creation of new knowns in the unconscious. Radical Undoing is one of the options, and it’s extremely potent because it works directly with your body, resolving the obstacle of your critical mind.
Another really powerful method is hypnosis. And before you start thinking of the lame shows or movies you’ve seen where someone is being “idiotized” rather than hypnotized, let me tell you a little bit more.
Hypnosis has been around for a long time in the history of humanity for different purposes; entertaining, healing, self-control, and a lot more.
There are many myths about hypnosis; it controls people’s minds, hypnotherapists are psychics or frauds, you can lose yourself, there’s no such a thing as hypnosis and so on.
Depending on your own experience (or lack thereof) with hypnosis, your ideas about what it is might change by experiencing it in a whole new way.
But do you really know what hypnosis is about?
The answer is pretty simple: Hypnosis is a hyper-suggestible state, which means that in the hypnotic state, your brain learns more easily, and it’s able to accept suggestions without resistance, in order to create new habits, and ways of perceiving yourself and reality.
It is not about being unconscious or asleep, in the mercy of whatever the hypnotherapist wants to do with you.
During hypnosis you remain totally aware of what’s going on around you, and you can’t be persuade or manipulated to do something you really don’t want to do.
Hypnosis creates a state where your critical mind stops filtering content so the message will be deliver straight to the unconscious and it will be associated with other contents, having a lot more chances to stay and get solid with time.
I’ve experienced hypnosis and I’m very impressed with the results, I’ve also seen clients have amazing experiences with it. So in order to share the wealth, here’s what a long-term client said recently:
“The value of dream-work sessions: you’re paying for incredible customer service and for the tools and techniques to interpret your dreams meaningfully.
Anyone enjoying book clubs or nostalgic about their university’s literary-interpretation classes will love working to understand their dreams. Your unconscious speaks in the register of the dramatic, blending symbolic with literal, while your conscious mind seeks out meaning. The magic happens when the minds reach an interpretation and shake on it. While groping for meaning, you instantly sense whether your interpretation is accurate or inaccurate. Unpacking your unconscious’s signal yields a conscious message ringing true to your experience. After all, the dreams come from your head.
Now, imagine the aforementioned process performed along with a passionate individual, meticulous note-taker and no stranger to time-and-a-half. The resulting amalgam is a repeatable, measureable process no mere hedonist or pretender can stand. The heavy lifting lies squarely on your shoulders. However, the benefits reap you honest feedback from your CNS, visceral passion and a clear understanding of where to begin making change. Anyone serious about understanding their conscious life needs to look into their unconscious one as well.”
-Bill Callis, NJ, US
Personal change is more a transformation than a change in the long run. It’s a very dynamic and organic process, and one that no one else can experience for you.
And, through the body and the right tools, it’s possible to access and transform you old navigation routes into something new, different, and more adventurous.
You can truly reinvent reality and yourself anytime you want.
Reclaim your life,

Now you know that’s gotta be a trick question.
It’s pretty difficult to become aware in your dreams and keep experiencing them. Most times, you’ll come back to your waking life when you notice you’re having a dream.
But what happens when you slowly, rhythmically, habitually fall asleep to what’s going on in your daily life?
It happens to all of us, almost all of the time. In fact, you might even be in a little trance right now, reading this.
Let’s wake up a little bit before moving forward into some very exciting news.
Stand up for a moment. Do a little dance and shake your shoulders loose. Stretch and move all the muscles of your face very slowly for a couple minutes (it’ll seem like forever).
Now take a deep, full breath, and then another one. Before the next breath, determine to wake yourself up fully. Count from 1 up to 5 out loud, and then say WIDE AWAKE. 1 2 3 4 5 and wide awake.
That’s all there is to the dehypnotizing breath. But you’ll be amazed at how quickly it can get you out of the throes of your emotions and reactions to life. You start reclaiming your own power the very moment you decide to do the breath.
Give it a try, as often as you remember.
Now, for that news…
There has been a lot of buzz about the Command Z Intensives since we closed them down earlier this year.
We’re about to move everything to a whole new adventure in Radical Undoing training, so I wanted to give you a chance to get into the intensives, and experience the deep, powerful transcendence adventures for yourself.
Here’s what one client from Finland said after the intensives:
“I’d been wallowing in depression for a pretty long time before I began undoing. Now it seems to be gone almost completely.
– I have useful tools to deal with difficult emotional states as they come up. I can relax, feel what’s actually going on, and take more constructive action.
– I’ve found more inspiration to actually take action and do things, even little stuff, instead of just fantasizing about doing big things.
-Examples: exercising more; spending more time in nature; arranging more fun activities with friends; applying for jobs; signing up for a new exciting hobby; doing fun creative stuff like drawing and dancing more.
– I’ve let go of my perfectionism at least a little. When I indulge in things that I think may be “wrong” in some way, I feel less remorse and enjoy more.
– I’m more sensitive to what I’m actually feeling, but I also have more control over how I react to emotions, instead of the emotional states just controlling me.
– I’ve become a lot more aware of my chronic bodily and mental tensions.”
The cool thing about becoming more aware of your mental and physical conflicts is that they start to dissolve on their own, even without your help.
The even cooler thing about when the conflicts dissolve is that your perception of your options and possibilities opens up as your previous limitations fade into black.
Check out what Lance and Andrew said a few months after having braved the very first round of intensives:
So, if you wanted to explore something new, powerful, and effective in a lasting way, dive into the intensives. You get to keep the training for life, so the adventures are there whenever you’re ready.
I’m only opening up registration for a little while, and only because you asked me over and over for another chance at it. So this is it.
Oh yeah, and I wanted to give you an extra bit of motivation to get started, so use the code: thisisallthereis at the site to get your reward. Scroll down after you use the code to see that it worked.
Very soon, I’ll send you an invitation to the new training we’ve been cooking up. One hint: I’ve gone through everything all my clients have said over the years and designed this training to address your most pressing concerns and burning pains.
Step by step, you can indeed overcome anything.
I’m very excited and honored to have the chance to work with you as you expand your life beyond what you could ever have imagined.
Talk to you soon.
PS: I’m still taking on a few more folks to explore the power of hypnosis, undoing, and dreamwork… These sessions are unlike anything you’ve experienced before. See you soon.
I trust you’re doing well, enjoying life, and at least taking a few moments to yourself each day to detense your muscles, shrug off stress, and take some actions toward getting what really satisfies you.
If not, you’re in luck.
Now, about that overcoming fears and phobias thing…
No matter how huge and powerful the fear, or how pervasive the phobia, no matter how much it makes you tremble inside and feel all tense and wanna puke–you really can overcome it, and with a lot more ease than you might think.
Here’s the deal: your unconscious mind works with knowns and unknowns. It loves the known and absolutely hates the unknown. It’ll do everything in it’s power to nest you deep into a rut of knowns, and blockade your movement into new adventures.
So what to do about it? How to overcome fear with hypnosis?
First, understand that the unconscious mind doesn’t differentiate between imagined or real events. What we do with hypnosis and undoing is to first knock out the tension and anxiety level, and get you breathing deeply again, opening up to new possibilities.
Then with hypnosis, we overwhelm the critical mind to gain access to the unconscious, and give you a direct experience of comfort, confidence, and ease where you used to associate fear and discomfort.
Instead of bringing up the old associations, you have replaced them with new ones, and you’ll slide right into whatever you want quickly and easily.
After you do this a number of times, you’ll start to develop an overall fearless state, which you can anchor into a power word or any of the undoing exercises you choose.
I’ll be in touch over the next few days with a lot more tips about how you can radically change your life with hypnosis and undoing. I’m super excited to share it all, but it’s best to digest this stuff in little pieces so you can get the most out of it.
The dreamwork sessions have been the most revealing so far. Once you learn this approach to dream interpretation, you’ll have a clear channel to your unconscious, and never have to rely on dream dictionaries or so-called experts again.
I look forward to working with you.
PS: These sessions are extremely powerful. Make sure you know what you really want, and feel prepared to do what it takes to grab hold of your life.
